Dr. Shea F. Stevens DMD, FICOI of Smiles by Stevens dental office in Lancaster, PA has been nominated as the representative for the state of Pennsylvania in the 2021 Top Dentist of America awards. The awards are based on peer evaluation and nomination, years of service, academic training, ethics, and services offered for patients.
To receive nominations and be selected to represent the state is considered a prestigious honor, and the final winner is decided upon by a vote from the Top Doctors committee of experienced professionals from across the nation. The selection process is designed to identify the finest providers based on experience, credentials, and excellence.
“Just to be nominated for this award is an incredible honor, let alone to represent the entire state of Pennsylvania where there are so many excellent dentists in practice,” remarked Dr. Stevens. “I have the best colleagues you could ask for and really appreciate all of my patients for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to serve them.”
Dr. Stevens specializes in serving the community in general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry at the practice he established, Smiles by Stevens, 101 N. Pointe Boulevard, Suite 201, Lancaster. The dedication provided by Dr. Stevens and his entire team has always been the cornerstone of the services provided for their patients and the team recently received the “Best of Lancaster” award for dentists for the 10th consecutive year, placing the office in the running for the Lancaster Business Hall of Fame.
Dr. Stevens completed his undergraduate schooling at West Chester University and earned his degree in Dental Medicine from Temple University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and in the top 10% of his class. He has been named as one of Pennsylvania’s top 20 dentists for more than five years in a row and a few of his many other accolades include being the recipient of the OKU Dental Honor Society Award, Oral Surgery Honors and AO Dental Society Awards.
