Kudos to Dr. Shea Stevens, Malorie, Angelina and all his staff. I am recently a new patient and a frequent visitor these past 5 months, due to some dental issues. I will admit I am one of those back in the old days terrified dental patients who experienced many fillings, some performed without Novocain, literally bracing myself on the dental chair, with sweaty hands, clenched. What brought me to Smiles by Stevens, I had an ongoing issue with a particular tooth, my dentist retired, was referred to a specialist and being the frightened patient I am, I decided to go to Smiles by Stevens, who was who highly recommended by family members. From my first visit to recent, I have had nothing but great care from a very professional and caring staff. I actually, well kind of, don’t mind going to the dentist now, I don’t have the anxiety like in the past. I know if I have an issue it will be resolved there and correctly. It’s a one stop shop for me and that is what I wanted. Dr. Stevens, throughout all of my lengthily procedures, explained every detail, was very thorough and gentle and I trusted his decisions of what work needed done. I never had a dentist ask me as many times throughout a procedure if I am ok and ALWAYS checking and making sure I was. Dr. Stevens and Malorie were great through all of my long appointments, very caring and making sure I was always comfortable. NO PAIN!!!! There was always a very thoughtful finishing touch to a long appointment, receiving a follow up call hours later, checking if everything was ok. Five crowns later, all new fillings replaced—no more silver, new bite, I am very pleased with my results, thank you Dr. Stevens. I would highly recommend Smiles by Stevens to anyone. October SEMA- Face smacked by someone on plane, bridge Damaged.Shortly there after, broken from improper bite alignment (eating a stupid piece of chocolate)Que a 3 month process of complete front teeth extraction, partial denture, then temporary teeth (such a long span, cracked, which is normal for such a big span)Up until today, where Shea Stevens installed a VERY tastefully 3d Modeled Bridge. This is what you would call a very serious case. This case factors in several different vectors, which by themselves wouldn't be an issue but, together, makes it very very tricky dentistry.Improperly managed growth paths of teeth, misaligned teeth, improperly trained bite, massive tissue trimming, and large amounts of material needed to be removed.I would trust NO ONE ELSE but Shea with this. Shea took the time to 3D render the castings if my mouth and show me what and where the problems where and what would happen with absolute certainty if things weren't properly managed.The alternative to this would have been implants (which wouldn't have been a bad idea) but also would have been 2x the amount of time without teeth or ability to eat.I haven't been able to eat solid food since October and it has been a really hard, emotional struggle for me.Dental issue have been a thing my entire life and I was bullied for it relentlessly when I was a kid, so having my smile and face stable is a mental stability anchor for me - this series of events I went through has been the most tramutic event since the loss of my best friend Mark that I have ever dealt with.Thank you to Shea and the team at Smiles By Stevens in Lancaster PA, Chelsea Maiese for keeping me grounded. And to everyone on my team at the shop who kept this thing running while I've been half speed.I am just so over overwhelmed by this. I came out to the car this morning and had to just... I’ve been going to Smiles by Stevens for over 6 years now. Even when they didn’t participate with my insurance. I had no hesitations about paying for my appointments…because he is the best and the only person I trust with my mouth. This last time when I went to have some old fillings fixed I talked to Dr. Stevens about getting lip fillers. I’ve never had them done but my top lip is non existent haha. He talked me through my options and really made me feel at ease. So I decided to give it a try and LOVE LOVE LOVE the results! (The pricing wasn’t bad either) From routine work, complicated cases, wanting to spruce up your look with fillers or Botox anything mouth related Dr. Stevens is your guy!! His receptionist are sweet, his dental assistants remember you and what’s going on in your life from the last visit. It’s really like a family there.

What a day! My first dentists visit and almost 14 years! Shea and his staff were amazing! Very comfortable and took care of my teeth that need HELP. Going back in a few weeks! So happy with their team and atmosphere!

Today was our first visit with Dr. Stevens! From the second we walked in, we were treated like family (myself and my 3 kids). Dr. Stevens and his staff are kind, caring and thorough! Our old dentist missed so much that Dr. S picked up on and is now taking care of for us! I HIGHLY recommend!!!! I have a huge fear of the dentist but feel at ease at Smiles by Stevens!

I recently received Botox from Dr. Stevens. The office environment was warm and welcoming. Staff were personable and caring. I was also very impressed with how my three year daughter was treated (who was not a patient). Aside from the impeccable bedside manner of staff, I was having migraines 6 days per week prior to Botox treatments. Since one Botox treatment with Dr. Stevens, I’ve had two migraines of lesser intensity than previously (around my menstual cycle only). The treatments have given me quality of life again, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

I had an accident where I broke my jaw and knocked numerous teeth out. Dr Stevens and his entire staff helped me thru the whole process. They made sure I was comfortable when doing work answered my question and concerns. Next month starting final procedure. I could not have ask for more from Dr Stevens or his staff they always made time for me.

AMAZING!!! When I was 11 I had an accident that chipped my left tooth so I had a root canal done with bonding. Over the years the bondage on my tooth became uneven discolored causing me to become very insecure I hated talking face to face when I would smile or laugh I would always look down and never made direct contact. I approached my dentist on how I could make it better got an estimate done for a crown plus whitening and was told I wouldn't be able to do it anyways until I got braces so with everything it would be 7000$ thats a lot of money to spend just on myself. I thought that was my only option and left it go for the next 10+ years. Recently I have been hearing a lot on cosmetic dentistry did some online searching and found Smiles by Stevens I was very nervous I thought he would tell me the same thing my dentist has told me and it was the complete opposite he really listened to me on what I wanted and gave me options to choose from and how he can fix what I wanted to be fixed without having to have braces!! Dr. Stevens is very friendly but very confident on what he can do so I felt comfortable I choose to have my tooth re bonded with whitening and went in on Monday for my free consultation came in on Thursday not only did he re bonded my tooth he fixed my bite my whole mouth feels 10x more comfortable when I was handed that mirror I almost cried not only do I have my smile back but I got my confidence back as well and I cannot thank Dr. Stevens and his whole staff enough they were simply amazing!!

Dr. Stevens was very thorough and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my dental health and the steps I needed to take to make improvements. The hygienist was great and made me feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful - feels more like a spa than a dentist office. Definitely recommend Dr. Stevens and his staff.

Dr. Stevens as well as his staff are amazing! Dr. Stevens is always able to answer any questions you have, takes his time with each patient, and really explains the reasoning behind any dental issues that occur. Recently, my 3 year old had her first appointment and the dental hygienist, Jen, and Dr. Stevens did everything they could to make her feel welcome and enjoy her first trip to the dentist. Not only is Dr. Stevens great for adults, but works so well with little kids as well. He has a great sense of humor while being a professional. You can tell he truly loves his job. Best dentist in Lancaster County for sure!
